United States Airforce

Despite dreams of becoming a 3D artist immediately after college, The greatest joy of my life was born, and I joined the United States Airforce at Age 19. (Holding my Eldest for the first time at Basic Training graduation pictured right.) During my team in the USAF I dedicated myself to always growing and always improving. I knew I may never be the best at anything I did, but I strove for constant improvement.

I never Left my dream for art behind though. I filled my free time I was not working or studying a new mission system with artistic exploration and foundational studies in 2D art. I fell in love with games and character creation. Traveling the world as an Airborne Mission Systems Aviator (1A3x1) and later as a Special Missions Aviator (1A9x1) I was able to immerse myself in various cultures around the world. I drew them, studied them, incorporated their unique aspects into my fantasy lexicon and took inspiration from our worlds wonderful diversity for my art.

Life after the Military

I separated from the military while stationed at FT. Bragg NC after 10 years of service. During my transition I enrolled in a bachelors degree at the Los Angeles Film School Online for a degree in the 3d Animation Department. During my time at LA Film School I was introduced to Z-Brush and instantly fell in love with it. I dove into 3D character design with both feet and began to make my own characters from stories I had started while in the military. I self studied additional areas of the 3d Pipeline so I could bring these characters to life inside of Unreal Engine 4 and share ideas and scenarios with my daughters. During this time I worked as a construction worker to provide for my growing family. We bounced around following work opportunities from 2020 to 2022 living in North Carolina, Colorado and Texas. While in Texas I began working freelance art opportunities which led to the oppertunity to Design a dominoes game with Bitmotive
